Vikas Kumar Choudhary is a prominent Indian political strategist, governance thinker, motivational speaker, and the Founder & CEO of V SCAN Alliance (Vikas Strategic Citizens Accountability Network) — a next-generation political consulting and public policy firm driven by the vision of strengthening democracy through strategic governance and citizen-centric insights. The organization works selectively with leaders and parties aligned with futuristic developmental approaches, reflecting the philosophy of "VIKAS."
Unlike traditional consulting firms, V SCAN extends its role beyond elections by integrating both pre-election strategy and post-election governance, ensuring that policy implementation is grounded in real public needs rather than top-down assumptions — thereby redefining accountability and impact in political consulting.
Prior to founding V SCAN Alliance, Vikas established himself as a Senior Political Strategist, working both independently and with reputed political consulting firms. He has an extensive track record across more than 10 states in India, where he has strategically guided over 100 political leaders and collaborated with more than 4 political parties. Having conceptualized and led over 50 political campaigns, he is known for his grassroots understanding and ethical strategic approach.
A landmark chapter in Vikas's career was his role as Media & Senior PR Strategist with the State Election Commission, Delhi — where he led multidisciplinary teams of journalists and PR professionals to execute large-scale voter awareness campaigns, significantly enhancing voter engagement and increasing polling percentages through strong ground execution.
Academically, Vikas cleared competitive entrance examinations for Jamia Millia Islamia, Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication, and the University of Delhi — ultimately choosing North Campus, University of Delhi, where he completed Journalism followed by a postgraduate degree in Public Administration. A merit scholarship and financial aid recipient, he actively participated in student movements and represented India in several national and international MUN conferences on environment, education, health, and livelihood.
Born and raised in the village of Anandpur urf Bandpur, Baghpat district, Uttar Pradesh — Vikas's grassroots upbringing played a defining role in shaping his people-centric and ethical approach to political consulting and governance strategy. He completed his schooling at Sarvodaya Senior Secondary School, Baghpat, where he served as Head Boy and House Captain.
